Done!

The mudroom clean up is done. Nothing like a little hard labor on Labor Day and two people get the job done faster than one. ;)

We are using the back door as our main entry because it is right next to the carport. This is actually the view from the kitchen out, but you get the idea what you saw first thing when entering our house. Yikes!

Now it looks like that, much better. I have to think about how to make this look a little more welcoming and still use it for storage and to feed the outside cat (the one in the picture is the resident work inspector - Miss Kitty).

Now I am off to start cooking lunch. We are having barbecued chicken with freshly baked bread and salad with blue cheese dressing.
